My work as an interiors photographer for hotels and restaurants in London

I’ve spent over 30 years working with hotels, restaurants and event spaces around the world, capturing interiors in a way that grabs attention and keeps it. I’ve worked with a number of exclusive establishments, including Pennyhill Park, Sofitel St James, The Westbury and The Cavendish, as well as large hotel groups such as Hilton and Holiday Inn, to produce imagery that increases their online bookings and builds their brand presence online.

The story of a hotel is told most effectively through imagery which instantly allows potential customers to appreciate the atmosphere and style of the property. My many years of experience in photographing hotels means I understand the particular details which make an image striking and appealing to hotel guests when they’re looking to book.

Natural light can be fantastic for hotel photography, but it is rarely reliable, especially in London. I therefore use lighting techniques I’ve honed over the years to produce images that are bright, compelling and consistent in style.

Alongside lighting, I also work with a range of specialist architectural lenses which allow me to capture a whole variety of angles in sharp photographs without 'bending' the room or space. This ensures a better quality and a more natural look than straightening the images in the post-production retouching process. These lenses are also exceptional at capturing small spaces.

Hotels work with me for all of their photography needs; interiors, food photography, and portaits. This saves business owners from having to hire multiple photographers and aids the development of a house style that is easily recognised.
